Cancellation Policy
To help us provide the best experience for all clients and maintain availability within our schedules, please review the following policies:
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-Call, No-Show Appointments: Clients who fail to attend an appointment without notice may be charged up to 90% of the scheduled service.
• Independent Provider Policies: Intention Studio is home to independent beauty professionals. Individual providers may have additional booking, deposit, cancellation, or rescheduling policies. By booking, you agree to the policies of the provider you are scheduled with.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise and appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and small businesses. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment for future appointments.
